Full day conference with syndicate session rotations for 300 pax held at the head quarters of a financial company in Edinburgh.

@YOURgb responsibilities:

  • Full on-site event management, theming, set-up, delivery and de-rigg
  • Attendee registration coordination and syndicate rotations planning
  • Event running order and logistics
  • Speaker liaison and rehearsal management
  • Conference scheduling and execution
  • AV and technical management
  • Food and beverage management 
  • Delivery of team build activity and team task management
  • Post event feedback and analysis
