Magazine Private Party 2016 - The List Magazine

The YOURgb team produced and managed The List Magazine Festival Launch Party. A multi performance showcase party for over 2000 guests attended by industry influencers, media, celebrities, press, producers and performers. Over 20 live performances in 6 hours in 7 different event spaces! YOURgb's fifth year of working with The List on this magnificent party, it was the biggest and the best yet!

YOURgb Responsibilites:

  • Sponsor approaches and connections where possible
  • Event walk through & event activation and set-up, flow recommendations
  • Risk Assessment and method statement review and collation
  • Insurance review and collation
  • Event operations and role allocation recommendation
  • Event schedule creation incorporating programme and technical information, points of contact and arrivals scheduling
  • On-site risk assessment & risk mitigation pre event opening
  • Event pack creation and distribution for volunteers and team
  • Volunteer pre-event communications
  • Volunteer on-site meet, greet, walk-around and line manager intros
  • Sponsor activation checks and assistance
  • Hiring and briefing of 2 Karaoke Managers & Any Additional Staff Sourcing
  • On-site general event management, timing management, set-up assistance, venue management, bar team management & sponsor requirements check, general support to volunteers, performer support
  • General support
