Private Event : Glamorous and Intimate Celebration

An exclusive private celebration for 60 guests, with a glamourous but intimate and relaxed theme, held over two days. YOURgb were the single point of contact for our private clients, who lived oversees, and we were fully responsible for creating the event concept, running order, timings, and logistics. We sourced and managed the entertainment, and our responsibilities covered full end-to end on-site management, theming, catering, production, team briefings, contingency and site safety.

The first day celebration was held in the client’s home, with YOURgb on-site to co-ordinate theming, catering and guest welcoming. The second day celebration was held at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, with a drinks reception, three course seated dinner followed by entertainment and a surprised silent disco. In addition to overall event management, YOURgb was on site to photograph the event during the two days.
