YOURgb were delighted to support Scottish Rugby with a Halloween themed activation to coincide with a match against Tonga, kick starting their Autumn Test Series.
Our brief was two-fold – to create a ‘spooktacular’ activation that would engage and entertain fans as well as deliver a post-match Halloween themed party, utilising the amazing Thistle Suite. The party was to primarily target a student demographic, allowing Scottish Rugby to re-engage this important fan audience. Scottish singer-songwriter Callum Beattie headlined the party with support from DJ Ellingtone.
YOURgb managed all aspects of the activation including event identity creation, promotional crew, casting and talent management, dressing/theming, AV and end-to-end logistics
