Sustainable Energy Company | Virtual Event

YOURgb worked with a Sustainable Energy Company to bring their employees from across the UK together this July for an online summer event, which ran for three and a half hours.

Our services included content creation, event identity, comms planning, event registration management, audience experience management, event flow and scripting, technical delivery and post event analysis.

The event was divided into two parts, with the first section focussing on 2021 business updates including a welcome from the company’s CEO, a Q&A Session with guest speakers and informative project videos.

The second part then hosted interesting and engaging breakout sessions, which were a great opportunity to connect in a fun virtual environment:

The event was fully interactive as a Zoom Meeting, with chat and polling throughout, which resulted in high audience engagement.
