Uniting adolescents during Covid-19 and beyond

On Tuesday 6th April 2021 YOURgb worked alongside PMNCH and their partners to produce the Uniting adolescents during Covid-19 and beyond, side event of the 10th ECOSOC Youth Forum. The event was held as a Zoom meeting to encourage engagement with the younger audience.

Immediate action for improving adolescent well-being is critical. This event moved forward with a virtual dialogue of young people and Ministers discussing long-term priority solutions, as outlined in the worldwide Call to Action on Adolescent Wellbeing in the context of Covid-19 recovery, and the accelerated implementation of the solutions for delivery of the 2030 Agenda and SDGs during this Decade of Action.

The event was co-hosted by Costa Rica and Philippines and co-organized by PMNCH, WHO, UNICEF, UNFPA, UN Women, UNESCO, Plan International, United for Global Mental Health, Child Health Initiative, The Global Partnership to End Violence Against Children, UN Major Group for Children & Youth, Global Youth Coalition for Road Safety and Relentless Development.

Our services included content capture (video editing and animation creation), event show flow and content support, guest registration, technical delivery including breakout rooms and VT sharing, IT and platform support and post event analysis.
