Hilary is an exceptional team manager, with a clear and inspirational focus on culture, coaching, team wellness and personal progression planning. Hilary knows the events industry and its demands inside out – making her perfectly positioned for the role. Having returned to YOURgb after a couple of wonderful years at lululemon, she has acquired excellent experience in team management, wellbeing coaching and community relationships.

Hilary’s career highlights

• Creating and coordinating Lululemon Edinburgh in conversation with Run For Heroes, including script writing, coordination of production filming and event streaming to a global audience
• Bringing communities together by growing new relationships, raising awareness for diversity and championing individuals to step out of their comfort zone
• Being part of the team coordinating the List Fest Annual Festival Fringe opening party for over 2,000 guests
• Being the official event photographer for Netflix for their partnership with SRU on their Outlaw King activation at Murrayfield during the Autumn Tests series 2019
