Be it on standard platforms, streaming onto bespoke websites, on-site live streaming, in studio production and hybrid events – YOURgb handle every stage of the production from start to finish, ensuring the event is creatively designed and executed so that it runs as smoothly as possible.

As well at strategising around platform choice, we are passionate about content planning and online event format. Our logistics cover the details, including switching plans from between the live host, panels and pre-recorded material, and shot planning to work in conjunction with vision mixing technology.

We organise speaker briefings, run rehearsals and complete technical checks, as well as covering in-studio health and safety and talent management.

During online events YOURgb are live and in-studio, with secure and back up hardline internet, showcalling and managing each element of the event in real time. We are in real time communication with the host (be that in studio / on-site or remotely) and other live speakers and presenters. The YOURgb team are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the event in full, including any live polls, and sign language and translation services.
