YOURgb is looking for an enthusiastic graduate, to join our superb team here in lovely Edinburgh.

We are looking for a personable, proactive, creative, fast thinking and passionate individual with a creative flair.

The position would be well suited to an ambitious, committed and dynamic individual looking to begin their career within the events industry. They will be proactive, hardworking, confident, and a genuine team player, who believes wholeheartedly in the value of building strong and sincere relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers.

The role of event administration will require working across many projects and supporting the team; it will provide access to all areas of the business and a sound learning experience for nurturing and growing the individual’s capabilities for progression.

  • Skilled in PowerPoint & Excel
  • Experience on-site at events
  • General knowledge around online events

  • Team support & collaboration
  • Office administration & booking duties
  • Event concept & strategy input
  • Social media content input
  • Sales researching
  • Venue, studio, speaker and supplier sourcing & comms
  • Live and online event support
  • Business development support and presentation input

Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, Edinburgh based (City centre) with nationwide events regularly taking place outside of working days/hours. Office based when it is possible, operating within COVID-19 restrictions.
